Dr. Anna-Maria Poplawska is a family physician with a private practice in Toronto. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Toronto and completed medical school at Jagiellonian University in Poland. Dr. Poplawska mentors students, volunteers in the community, and enjoys running and volleyball. As a physician, she has seen immense suffering in the world and has developed a great passion for mental health. She hopes to share what she has learned with those who are ready and willing, in order to help alleviate their suffering, show them they are not alone, and open their eyes.
